The U.S. Senate race is a statistical dead heat, according to a poll commissioned by the political committee of conservative group Citizens United. Sen. Bob Casey leads GOP challenger Tom Smith by just 1.2 points, 45.2 percent to 44. Libertarian Rayburn Smith takes 2.2 percent. Read more at Politics PA here.
