Ilario Pantano Near 50 Percent Of GOP Primary Vote In NC-7 According To CUPVF Poll
Citizens United Political Victory Fund (CUPVF), the affiliated PAC of Citizens United, released a poll conducted by Wenzel Strategies showing 2010 nominee Ilario Pantano winning 46.8% of the Republican Primary vote in North Carolina’s 7th Congressional District contest. The automated poll was conducted from March 7-9, and included 755 respondents and has a 3.54% margin of error. Click here for polling memo.
“Ilario Pantano is closing in on a majority of the Republican Primary vote, with early voting set to start in nearly a month,” said David N. Bossie, President of Citizens United. “Ilario Pantano is a constitutional conservative who will help break the failed status quo of Washington politics. As a combat veteran, Pantano has served his country with honor. I look forward to Ilario Pantano coming to Congress next year and restoring honor to Washington.”
