Citizens United Political Victory Fund (CUPVF), the affiliated PAC of Citizens United, announced a $25,000 radio advertisement campaign to support conservative Quin Hillyer in Alabama’s 1st Congressional District Republican Primary. The ad featuring Senator Rick Santorum highlights Quin Hillyer’s conservative values and will run from September 13th through September 23rd.
