Citizens United Political Victory Fund Endorses Republican Ken Timmerman For Maryland’s 8th Congressional District

Citizens United Political Victory Fund (CUPVF), the affiliated PAC of Citizens United, issued the following statement endorsing Ken Timmerman in Maryland’s 8th Congressional District. CUPVF has also contributed $5,000 to Timmerman’s primary election.

“As a fellow Marylander, I am thrilled to endorse Ken Timmerman for Congress in Maryland’s 8th Congressional District,” said David N. Bossie, President of Citizens United. “Chris Van Hollen has been Nancy Pelosi’s lapdog during his tenure in Congress, and will continue to push her liberal agenda as our country sinks deeper into the abyss. Chris Van Hollen is in office only to enhance his D.C. political career and has forgotten his constituents in Maryland.

“I have known Ken for many years and I trust that he is running for Congress to better the lives of people in the 8th Congressional District. He is an expert on foreign policy and intelligence issues, particularly on the growing threat of Iran. He will bring that knowhow to Congress and will also stand with his constituents to create jobs through pro-growth economic policies.”
