Citizens United Political Victory Fund Congratulates Governor George Allen On His Victory Tonight

Citizens United Political Victory Fund (CUPVF), the affiliated PAC of Citizens United, issued the following statement from Citizens United President David N. Bossie on the victory tonight by Governor George Allen in Virginia’s U.S. Senate Republican Primary:

“Back in the February of 2011, CUPVF endorsed Governor George Allen for U.S. Senate because he is a great conservative leader who understands the pro-growth, small government policies that kick-start economies. Tonight Republicans in Virginia have nominated the best candidate to take on former DNC Chair Tim Kaine and the destructive liberal policies he supports. America will be watching what Virginia does this November, and the failed Obama policies championed by Tim Kaine will be thoroughly rejected by the voters of the Old Dominion.”
